Based in New York City, David brings over 30 years of experience in private equity investing, banking, and international business development. He works with software and technology companies to sharpen their commercial positioning and accelerate revenue growth in one of the world's most competitive and demanding markets. At Blueprint, he leads go-to-market and commercial strategy engagements — and serves as clients' authentic guide on the ground in the U.S. 

Based in Europe, he brings 18 years of senior experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, and cross-border M&A at leading European and American financial institutions. He has advised on and executed transactions across energy, infrastructure, food & agriculture, and industrials, and has served on the boards of portfolio companies across multiple jurisdictions. At Blueprint, he leads European client relationships and brings institutional transaction discipline to every engagement.
